Seal Mate fork seal cleaner. Please Help

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with the Seal Mate? I have watched the instructional video but am a little boggled confuse on how to get my dirt seal out of the recess in the lower part of the fork without damaging it. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

All good, worked it out. If you compress your forks and push your thumb nail into the edge of the seal, as the forks extend your thumb nail will drag the seal up and out. They are not tight in there as they appear.
