Hi All,

Well the time has come to release the TTR from my garage. I have managed to put a total of 37 miles on the new Piston and Rings and I just dont see that getting much better over the rest of 2013.

The Project OE build thread is here so you can see what has been done over the last 9 months. 

Short list of important bits :
New Yamaha 1mm oversize Piston and rings fitted.
New Sprag Clutch
Cylinder bored out to match.
New Timing Chain
New Rear Suspension linkage bearing kit fitted.
New Rear Disk
New brake Pads all round
New Sprockets

There were a lot more bits replaced but you can look in the Project thread to see all those.

Things that would be nice to do:
New Seat Cover - This one has a few small rips around the edges.
New Renthal bars - MOT man said the left side of the bars is slightly bent toward the rider - can be seen in pic below
New - Fresh tyres - They past the MOT but could do with changing
The bike is cosmetically challenged and could do with the frame powder coating.

Bike comes with MOT and TAX until the End of July 2014.
