Click on the pictures and they should play a video

1980 KZ 650 F1 Kawasaki, bought new in 1981.I rode it to work today and ran out of gas.

biggrin Switched to reserve at 70 m.p.h. !

2003 FLHRI Harley-Davidson, bought new in 2002. Ride it several times a month, if Mother nature allows.

2003 65sx KTM, Grandson's ride, bought used

He broke his clutch lever at the top of a steep hill last weekend. Fixed it himself the next day.

...and my 2004TTR250sc, bought used. Rode it for couple hours last weekend with my grandson

& caught some air on top of a long hill-climb!evileye

Looking for my next one now. Hope to find an old Z1 to ride, before my grandson steals my 650.

A XR75. Pic of me 40 years ago. Think i just washed the bike after a race meeting.

It was a flat track. Just west of Brisbane. Trail blazers. When these XR 75s hit

australia they ruled for 12 months or so untill the YZ 80 Yamahas arrived.

I have started a new sub-forum where members can post up photos of their other non-TTR machines.

I have had a quick look through and moved a few threads into it and found this one but, note to Terry, some photo links have broken and need repair please?

Let me know the Subject heading of any other threads that need moving into the new sub-forum please wink

Brian

I currently just have the TTR.

Over the last 20 years I've had: two ZX6Rs, two GS1200s, one DR650, a KLR650, an FJR1300, GSX1400, ZX12R, Harley Street Bob, Aprilia RSV Mille, XJ750, SRV250 (my first bike!), VFR800 and a few others I can't recall.  Mostly one at a time but sometimes there is some cross over biggrin Kids and a big mortgage mean only the one bike now. I love small bore bikes though and am looking to get a sky team ace 125 to sit beside the TTR. We will see....

3 Full nut and bolt restoration (bluey) for sale once the weather has improved and I manage to run it in!

4 and 5 going to make one good runner from both  (whitey's) as they weren't pretty when I got themcry

2 TTRs, one black, one white, +
1 Montesa 315 trials bike that I should be riding more often, +
1 Yamaha TDM850 - the road bike, +
1 XR400 supermoto with e start conversion that runs ok but needs some love, and I'm not sure I like it but I've thought about one for a while and you don't see them very often so I had to take the opportunity when it arose
= 5

Cool!  My younger brother got a brand new YZ80 in 1974, first bike of his own, which I "sold" last year with a 2001 YZ80 ("sold" as in "you have to take the '74 if you buy the '01"), hopefully some kid is once again tearing it up.

And my mom always yelled if we rode barefoot biggrin

2004 TTR250 bought a few weeks ago

2009 Varadero 1000, bought 2 years ago to replace a very used and abused DL650.

2006 GSX1400, technically it's SWMBO's bike, she saw it, like the style and could get her dinky legs to reach the floor a year ago.

1983 CX500ec, a bit of a project, but it's coming along slowly.

Weĺl theres actually six at the moment.. Two are for sale, both  07 WR250F's. Five in the shed all up. We will end up with four, two belong to my boys.

I will finish with a 15 WR250F and the TTR250.   Don't plan on selling the TTR. Its a bit of a single track weapon withe the big bore and USD front end.

 Sheds a bit full.

Took me a bloody long time to build up to four bikes & a certain amount of planning to get it past the wife i.e.

2006 me to wife "I want to get fit & need a dirt bike" got the XR400RC

2008 me to wife "need to get another bike so Sean (my son) can come riding & you could ride it to  XT250, now sold

2008 Me to wife "want to get a road bike as the dirt is getting harder to find places to ride, only want a Triumph & you can come along as well   Triumph Scrambler

2012 Me to wife "want a Triumph Thruxton, love the look & yes I have a Thruxton

2013 Wife to me "why don't you sell the XT & XR & get a new bike with electric start   TTR new, XT & XR sold

2016 me to wife "might sell the Thruxton & get a new dirt bike" wife said "you don't want to sell the Thruxton, just get the new bike & sell the TTR "   New WRR

2016 me to wife "might take the TTR to the Flinders, didn't want to give it away & don't want to damage the WRR

Xmas 2016 wife said ÿou can keep the TTR"   plan worked a treat

Cheers Terry
