Sorry, I don't recognise the switch so I can't tell you what the buttons do. Normally the left hand switch does headlamp dip/main beam, horn, turn signal indicators and sometimes a hazard warning signal (all indicators flashing). The right hand switches should be engine starter button and emergency engine off switch. Connect it up and see what happens! A wiring diagram should tell you what colour wire does what, so any switch that works properly will do the job. (By this I mean an on/off switch for a light, an on/on switch for dip/main beam, intermittent switch for horn or starter, etc.)

Good luck, sorry I can't be more help,

Simon.

It is difficult to spot any problems from the pics but someone has definitely hacked into your wiring loom no

The following pics are of a completely standard unmolested Euro wiring loom from a blue TTR. Are they high enough resolution to be helpful?

Jarrah has some brilliant pics of the wiring showing what the various connector blocks are for etc. but it's difficult to know where to start to try and help you.

Are you still trying to identify the cause of your charging problem?

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve?? confuseconfuse You seem to be showing pictures of the charging circuit so I am guessing you have a problem with charging? You also show pictures of an aftermarket switch but I have no idea what it is supposed to be for (other than the high/low light switch/indicator/horn)? I also don't see how the aftermarket switch is going to work when it looks like it only has two buttons?

Here is one problem that I found (pictured below), it is your clutch switch.

Other than that, your wiring does not look standard.

If you verify what you are trying to do, maybe we can help.

Jarrah
