I have had a bit of good fortune and was able to buy a small stock of brand new LH grab handles. 

£27 plus shipping.

Just to add, shipping overseas is quite expensive as the LH handle is solid steel (the RH one is hollow tube) so it is quite costly to send Airmail eg shipping to the States or Australia would be an extra £8 cry
