Well the description says for those with a little too much time on their hands,
I thought id tart up a few little bits and give it a good once over after a week or so of use,
First up I replaced the rusty tank mount bolts with some shiny stainless.
Before

After

Then I thought Id spray the stand, I went for wrinkle finish as I know it wont last.

After

And my mates laugh at me when I do things like that to my bike. Good to see I'm not the only one . Very satisfying when you look at it after, isn't it. I spent 7 hours cleaning my bike once, got some stick for that, but kept me happy keep up the good work

I like to keep all my bikes in a presentable condition.

It has been said by others that pride shines in the finish and reflects your pride.

A regular clean and spruce up is also beneficial to the bike. As you clean it you get to know where the muck can hide defects, cracks, leaks and breaks that would otherwise never get noticed.

You also learn where all the bits are on the bike - and see where they're missing too. biggrin
