Hi All

New to the forum. Am on the hunt for a TTR after my DR350 was stolen out of my back garden last week! Pikie scum no doubt :(

I've never really done any serious off roading as I was just using my DR to commute to work and back, but I definitely want to start riding some lanes :)

Mike

Sorry you had your DR nicked, Mike, cry and welcome to the forum.

Good luck in your TTR hunt, I hope it's not going to be too long before you're out trailing in Herts. Hearts.gif

Welcome,

Also in Herts, have you joined the TRF

Recently sold my TTR, there are a few for sale in the for sale section, and I know of one in the Beds area, It was out of my price range, but an excellent bike.  I can pass the details on if you want.

No not joined the TRF, but will do shortly once I get a bike sorted :)

I dont really have any more than £1500 to spend, so I think I'll be looking at an older model.........

That was my budget also,

The bike for sale in Derbyshire, is in that price bracket.

I never got to see it.

cheers I contacted the guy about it :)

I was actually looking for a TTR as my dr350 got stolen - it got recovered last week by some miracle! Unfortunately its been messed about with a bit as they were trying to bump start it so all the ignition etc has been ripped out. I've got it home now and it's mostly straight. Don't suppose anyone knows of any budding wiring men who would rewire in my ignition? Dont think it would take more than half an hour for someone who knew what they were doing. All the cables are in, new battery fitted etc. I have the wiring diagram for the bike but I'm useless when it comes to electrics. I'm in Welwyn garden city.

Cheers

Welcome Mike!

Glad to hear you found your DR. I hope you can find a place to store it where it won't happen again. Pitbull dogs also work pretty good.biggrin
