Hi Richard, Got the PM and I will dig them up. I am at Woody Point North of Brisbane I think you are about two hours drive from me. You would have some great tracks unlike here. I am 95KG and have a 09 model TTR and I have mine as firm as I can get it as I normally ride with a backpack and tank bag.
For your suspension setting it would all depends on how you ride and the feel you like when riding.
If you want the forks to be stiffer for jumps, take the standard 5W fork oil out and replace it with 7W or 15W (SAE7 OR SAE15). You can also adjust how soft or hard you like it by turning the caps under the forks.
If you like a softer ride adjust the clicker (located at the rear shock reservoir). You can also adjust your pre-load to suit by adjusting the knurled nuts at the rear shock.
I am guessing that your TTR is still under warranty so maybe best if you took it in to a Yamaha dealer to do all this. If you want to do this yourself though see your service manual or download it HERE. There is also heaps of good info on this forum so don't be afraid to try out the search facility within this site.
Buy some frame protectors, bashplate, handgaurds and you are trail ready (I bought these from B&B offroad). I uploaded a picture to show you these.
Oh... you may want to pull everything apart and regrease everything properly, Yamaha do not use enough grease!
Enjoy!
Jarrah
