Royal Mail has now replaced “packet” rates with “Small”, “Medium” and “Large” parcels and increased their charges. The cheapest “Small” parcel cost is such  that the p&p on many small & light items contributes to more than 50% of the cost!

For the time being, we have removed the p&p amounts from the prices on our web pages and would ask customers to email us with their “wants” for best price shipping options.

Royal Mail’s reduction in basic compensation to £20 means we would have to add insurance cover to more items for RM postage therefore we will be promoting budget courier services as they provide better compensation cover as well as tracking.

To avoid higher postage charges we recommend you allow for slower postage & purchase items together wherever possible.

We continue to strive to provide the best (and cheapest!) possible service that we can.
