Hi, I noticed the clamp that holds the spindle,with 4 bolts on the rhs has a crack,any ideas for a replacement thanks Mark

Get it TIG welded but I am not convinced that would hold long term though.
The part number is 4V2-23167-L0-00 HOLDER,AXLE - retail in the UK is £18.84 plus VAT.
Try eBay or breakers for a used part perhaps?

Just quickly, when you fix it, make sure that you DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the bolts.
This is how they crack (usually).

The manual calls for 23 Nm (2.3 m * kg, 17 ft * lb) for the four outside triple clamp bolts that clamp the forks.
23 Nm (2.3 m * kg, 17 ft * lb) for the four top handlebar clamps.
40 Nm (4.0 m * kg, 29 ft * lb) for the two lower handlebar clamp retaining nuts.
120 Nm (12.0 m * kg, 85 ft * lb) for the large steering shaft bolt.
30 Nm (3.0 m * kg,22 ft * lb) fot the brake hose holder bolt.

This is for the two knurled ring nuts that adjust the steering play.
Tightening steps:
Tighten the ring nut 38 Nm (3.8 m * kg, 27 ft * lb)
Loosen it one turn.
Retighten it to 5 Nm (0.5 m * kg, 3.6ft * lb).
Front axle holder M10 - 10Nm
