      Not been out for ages so a group of us arranged a nice easy ride over Salter Fell a 4 to 5 mile track 1000 ft asl. Its a good steady ride but today there were frequent snow drifts/gullys that were difficult to get the bikes through due to the depth of the snow, so it was not as easy ride as first thought. All the extra work kept us warm though.

An added interest was my first ride out with Ian who has a 53 plate American TTR complete with an oil cooler, not that he needed today.

Fortunately we haven't had any of the white stuff here in Devon BUT it is still bitterly cold cry
