Think I must have missed something over the last couple of days leading up to jarrah depart from the forum but I would just like to say its a shame he has left the forum after all the work he has put in over the last few months, I am sure there will be a few people on here that will wish him all the best with his ttr when finished! And are gratefull for the help given out.
Adam.

LOL - have you been watching Ronnie Johns (Chopper) video on YouTube???
I can't put in a link as the language doesn't sit comfortably on this genteel forum
Brian

If you want me to open up the thread again Jarrah, just say so. It would be great to see it taken to a final conclusion - not that projects ever really finish - there is always something else that can be done

Forums are funny things. Well, maybe not the forums but their users!
I started the Yahoo TTR250 Group back in 2001 so can safely say I have some experience.
It is quite common for an owner with a problem to sign up, ask their questions, get advice and then disappear never to be heard from again
I used to get a bit frustrated, not because I didn't get a thank you, but because I wanted to know if the advice helped fix the problem
I now have much lower expectations and get disappointed less often! That said, most users of this forum are very good and the communications are excellent.
It would be an odd world if everyone agreed totally with everyone else so we must expect to be questioned and have alternative advice and fixes offered from time to time. I think this is the sign of a healthy and open forum.
It would be good if you could reconsider Jarrah. I have found it very helpful having someone with your wide knowledge and experience of all things TTR250 related helping out with the advice.
I guess i am just overeacting but am a little tired of being looked apon as putting my opinions out there.
I do not try to make anyone do anything i just merely let them know what the possible causes can be. I try to keep all my posts friendly or helpfull but it can get a bit frustrating at times.
I know what you mean about them not replying after recieving help. You have no idea whether your advice was helpfull or they think your nuts! lol

I guess it is worth it to stick around. I kinda like it around here

To mingle..If you want to throw smart remarks at me you can do it anytime IN PERSON!

There are always going to be people on forums that get jelouse or do not like the help they recieve or giving someone else. I guess it's human nature!
Just have'nt been in the mood lately to put up with it.
That said this forum is the best i have ever joined & (nearly) all members have been great!
Just like to say thanks to all that make this site what it is. It's why i'm still here.
