I have for sale an Acerbis fuel tank Made from plastic and is 22 Litres Hard to find these days as they dont make them anymore Complete with brackets and bolts 2 fuel taps Ideal for long trips offroad good condition Collection only as no courier can deliver See attached photos £200.Location Stockport, Manchester

How amazing - a real genuine authentic yamaha acerbis tank! - nearly as rare as hen's teeth.

It sure looks the same as the XR250/400 etc tank.

out of curiosity, does the tank have faint markings near any of the mounting point thread inserts like "250"  and "400" and "600"?

If it does, it would share its mould with the acerbis 22l honda tanks, but with acerbis added yamaha stickers on the side (and different brackets).

I would love to know if those genuine acerbis yamaha brackets etc looked like the ones I made up to fit the honda variant.

anyway, good luck with selling it, I think they are a great tank that can permanently replace the original.
