Wow - hats off to you for the initative Jarrah!

What sticker panels are you going to include in the kit and what design(s) are you thinking about using?

I must say that the Enjoy Mfg stickers for the side panels were really good as they covered the whole panel so they reclaim badly marked ones. However, too much white in these panels can show up the damage underneath a bit so perhaps they should be fully covered with some design?

Cheers Brian,

The kit will be a full kit as mentioned although at the moment i do not have the headlight shroud as i'm waiting for this in the post. I only have an aftermarket headlight shroud which would not be a good stencil for OEM parts. I will include the whole kit though but if you want the headlight shroud sticker for now you will have to wait or send me measurements. This is a custom kit so if you want for example '' unit kit,no fear, metal mulisha, enjoy, ect. ect. ect. or your own design it will be custom made to suit your bike.

I did have a look at the enjoy kits ect. but they look thin as you said & not what i wanted although still not bad.

Thin? They definitely weren't thin biggrin - see http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t50785410/seat-cover-and-flame-graphics-kit-from-enjoy-mfg/.

The Enjoy graphics kit was the best I have seen - yet wink

It is interesting that thicker graphics are easier to apply than thinner ones.

Looking forward to seeing some pics. If you want a pattern for the UK blue headlight let me know.

Brian

Aha i knew that thread was good for something (other than checking out the pic :). I did read a bit of it awhile ago but got bored smile

Im wondering now if there is any other changes i am unaware of like, side gaurds?,fuel tanks?,swingarms?,rear fender?,front fender? athough i thought these were all the same except the

Steel vs Plastic tank. I was a little unsure on the headlight shroud though.

This ''different country'' stuff sure does take some getting use to wink

I have been looking for months as seem to come to a dead end when it comes to graphics for the TTR 250. I have seen the ones from D&D, no offense, but graphics are not to my liking. I am after something modern and stylish.

Any chance of posting a pic of your bike with your sticker kit on it?

I am interested in paying for something customised.

My kit has'nt been made yet but will post it when it's done. They did'nt have the templates so why it cost me more & it's taking so long. I have told them to keep a hold of the template so it should be much quicker once they have it available. Should be about 3 weeks before it is finished as i am waiting on my US hedlight shroud. If you want the kit to include the headlight shroud you have two choices atm. N1. Measure where you want it to sit. N2. Send your headlight shroud or an old one to me & i'll send it to the Graphics place to be made to perfection.

Remember: this is a full custom kit so you can have any design you can come up with so whatever is your style i can have it made up.

My kit should be fishished 3 weeks latest so if you can wait that long you will be able to see pics before you buy. He is really worried about the tank graphic bubbling as they have a habit of fuel seeping through the plastic tanks. He said he will try to come up with a solution to this or just give me a spare. He uses the best quality available (i might add Australia has the best quality stickers in the world) but can go cheaper for a lower quality kit.He knows his stuff & does'nt do anything in halves so i'm very happy with his service.

The D&D tank graphics have lots of perforations and the Enjoy ones have zillions of slits. Would need to be done by machine - too many to put in by hand!

Without the perforations, the tank decal will lift and bubble in days.

This happens with the perforated ones but it is easy to push any petrol vapour bubbles out via the nearset opening.
