Thank you for the feedback Jarrah - we don't always get it right but we do our level best! Your comments are much appreciated

It seems that we can get parts to Australia quicker than to some parts of the UK confuse

Your Customs arrangements are also much better. Items coming into the UK can be held by UK Customs at Heathrow for anything up to a week cry

Cheers

Brian

 No problems Brian,

Yeah, i thought they were slow but in comparison to the above they rock

I was suprized it came so quick as my cylinder barrel took 2 weeks from the UK blankstareMost happy so thanks again

Thank you Andy and Jarrah - I will let Trish know of the feedback as she doesn't come on here very often.

My guess is that was the caliper rubbers sent to you by Airmail on 17 December Jarrah so not a brilliant service even allowing for the festive break.

We send heavier packages to Australia, NZ, US etc. using UPS and they are brilliant! They picked up a parcel from us on the afternoon of the 4th December and it was in Botany yesterday - the 7th smile

Shame it costs so much to send stuff overseas cry

Brian
