Thanks Jarrah for the pics

You have a decent looking ttr, one of the best I have seen yet.

I have a question about the fmf powercore 4, does it make a big difference over the stock, and is it too loud without the spark arrestor? I am waiting to pick up mine tomorrow, it was sent from the US but it took a lot to arrive here.

Best Regards

Hey Abbas

 Regarding the FMF....

It does make a HEAP of difference over the stock & is much lighter. It also has a beautifull note awwawwawwaww

When riding slow it is VERY quiet but once the power is rolled on it becomes louder but not too loud.

Maximum decibels is still under the legal requirement (in Australia atleast) at 96d so i'd say without the spark arrestor would'nt be much louder than stock.

If your using this mufler remember to enrichen your jets or you will be running lean & do damage to the engine.

..................................................................

I'm using Sigma #150 main jet with a Sigma #52.5 . More details below....

................................................................

Ported & polished head. (not the one on my shoulders)

I am from Australia, temp is usually 17-40 degrees
.......................................................
Engine: 74mm bore/Wizeco high performance piston & rings
Exhuast: FMF 4Q muffler/standard unrestricted header pipe

Air filter: GYT-R

Altitude:930 metres (3,050 ft)

.....................................................................

Jets fitted.

#150 main jet on the last setting (top clip postition) Leanest setting (can't go down further with the standard airbox)

#52.5 pilot jet Love it awwawwaww

Air screw position: 2 & a half turns out

..............................................................

That may or may not be a good starting point for you considering you may be at a different elevation, live in a different climate ect. Best to start rich & go down until it's too lean then go back up one jet size & adjust air screw until perfect.

Hope that helps wink

.................

Jarrah.

Many Thanks jarrah for the information, it is gonna help for sure. I live in Lebanon at see level for most of my time, I have rebored it to 74mm also using the wiseco piston kit, it is now much more snappy. I'm not sure about the stock jettings for the 94 oe model, I'm already using the Twinair filter from totally ttrs with the snorkel removed from the airbox I will try first the powercore 4 without changing the jets and see the results, if it is too lean then the sigma kit is a must.

Best Regards
