G'Day all at TTR250,

This is my first ever post on any such forum, so I guess I am a newbie. Forgive me if I make mistakes.

I have owned a few TTR's in my time, amongst the other bikes I have had, they are;

TTR600 '98 did 5000km on it and then it was stolen from me.

TTR250 '99 did 115000km on this one (60000km of trail riding, then had it set up with motard wheels to comute on it before selling).

TTR250 '95 bought this one for my wife (she has done about 15000km of trail riding).

TTR300F Adventure bike I am currently building!

I can send pictures if interested.

Anyway, I am interested in this site with all the talk that the "Jack of all trades" bike (TTR250) has. No doubt I will add my thoughts.

Welcome, Woody.

I think we'll turn the "questions and answers" section over to you - you've got (and had) all the experience by the look of things! biggrin

I'm sure we would all like to look at some of your pictures. Make sure they're posted the right way up for us in the Northern hemisphere bit!! wink

Welcome Woody - good to have another experienced owner joining us!

Looking forward to seeing some pics and to find out what the TTR300F might be wink

Not a problem, I will go through my pictures and get some posted in the next day or two with some nice ones for people to look at. I worked out how to put an avatar picture up of my TTR300F (soon to be Adventure bike). Its a TTR with Ohlins suspension and WR plastics. I am currently working on fuel tanks for it but they have to wait until the house renovations are finished.
