Two lugs rear sub frame?

Trying to work out what the two lugs are/were for, they are underneath the rear near side subframe under the fender

I have always assumed they were for bungee straps - could be wrong wink

They're put there by Mr Yamaha so that TTR forums can be clogged up with owners asking what the lugs are for.   biggrinbiggrin

Actually, they are for anything that you have a mind to use them for. confuse

Bungee straps can use them, but there is no corresponding lug on the other side for the other bungee end. confuseconfuse

I think they are really to catch your hand on when you grab the bike from a prone position and yank it upright. smile
