TTR250 parts on eBay - be careful!

An eBay seller is breaking a bike and advertising the parts on eBay UK - example here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350558306447&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:GB:1123#ht_2893wt_1325

What concerns me is that none of the parts look like they are from a TTR250. I have contacted the seller to point this out but have had no response and the ads are still showing that the parts fit a TTR250 cry

Just a heads up for forumites to possibly save some hassle.

Brian

Crikey! Do you think I am right and that the parts are from another bike?

Never seen a DOHC engine with rockers........

I wasn`t suggesting for a moment that you are wrong Brian. I was just surprised that an establishment like DK have made such a glaring error. Probably ised the `list a similar item` feature wrongly or some such mistake.

I got this reply which doesn't make a lot of sense - I think they are burying their head in the sand:

dear sir/madam, we stripped a ttr250 which came from america and there are 3 bikes which use all the same parts as ttr 250 thanks.
