Just got this and joined the forum, 1999 model, 7000Km, in good condition and registered for $2500Au.
Love the bike, it's fantastic, so far have just replaced the Bars with a taller, wider less swept bend (Universal Deuce) and a Pirelli Rallycross tyre for the front end. They say a picture tells a thousand words so here's some of what my life is about.
Thanks to Matt for the manual too, has already been put to use with the tyre change.
A lot of the gravel tracks/roads in Tasmania are kept in good condition for fire and forestry access, here's a link to yesterdays ride on a new track we found off Blue Gum road, Woodbridge Tasmania . Hope it works.
I still get surprised by how small this world is.....Gcorner probably doesn't post here anymore but I happened to notice a comment on another post and realised he was from Tassie. Had a quick sticky beak and what do I find - the video in this post is where I learnt to ride, my old house is about 500m back from where this video starts.
Not many people know about it as a riding area, but one of the reasons I bought the house was so I could take my horses riding up there.....I've done many many laps up there on horses and then motorbikes. Only had the place 3 years but I was living there at the time this video was made.
