Progrip grip is slipping on the throtle tube, guess I will need to glue it. Qustion is which glue?

Whenever I'm faced with this problem I resort to household glue, like "151 Contact Adhesive".

CLICKY THINGY

We've got a part used tube that  has seen plenty of use over the years and still works well. The clear glue is spread on both surfaces, let to dry a bit, then clagged together.

Bostik could be used instead. wink

You can use super glue.

I tend to use a light coat of hairspray. It allows the grip to slide on easily and when the solvents evaporate it is solid. The downside is that it can take a couple of days to dry.

Thanks lads

Surprisingly I did not not have any hair spray! But I did have a large tin of Evo stick impact glue which appears to have been a total success.
