The FAQ isn't accessible at the moment and I don't know why as other pages on the same web service are available confuse

I have logged  a call with 1&1 support desk so hope it will be back on line soon....

I noticed the same effect when I tried, perhaps 2 or 3 hours ago.

All I got was a square box in the top left hand corner. confuseconfuse

It now works as it should - even after refreshing. smile
