Hi all, I'm from Brockton in Shropshire and have been a proud TTR owner for 6 years. Some of you may know me from the Trail Bike and Rally forum which has sadly now disbanded. I had a 600 Belgarda for four years and ran the following site; http://www.freewebs.com/ttr600-belgarda/  

After some testing times on the UK Rally circuit, two years ago I decided to go to the 250 to lighten my load. I now have a 2004 model, which has required a fair bit of work to get the best out of it but I think I'm nearly there. For one reason and another I have struggled to find time to get out on the rallies since getting the 250 but managed a 2nd in the 250 class on the Beacons rally last year on my first outing. I've been struggling to ride much this year with a fairly severe hernia but have entered this years Cambrian rally for just one day. As long as I don't get an op date I'll see if I can get a 'finish'.

Its great to see a healthy forum and I look forward to chatting with you all.

Hello and welcome TTRMike.

Don't go straining your gut too much in the near future - you've still got the rest of your life ahead of you yet.

Good luck on your assault of this year's Cambrian, Saturday or Sunday?

Either way, you've not much time to sort things out so you'd better get moving. 17 days and countng confuse

Just doing the Sunday. All should be fine. It shouldn't be any harder than my work and I'm getting by with that.

These events always seem ages away untilsuddenly you only have a week to go

Hi Mike and welcome to the forum - what a great first post and that's gotta be one of the best TTR pics I have seen in a while wink

Good luck on the Cambrian. I have never done any of the big Rallies only the MCC LDTs. Seen lots of pics and video though and they look great fun.

Lots of other LDTs and Rally dates on my event directory - URL in my signature below. 2012 dates don't usually get decided until around Christmas so don't expect too may of next year's actual dates yet.
