Std exhaust diagram / layout?

I want to get a bit more flow through the stock silencer.  I read on another forum about making a hole next to the std hole in the tin can piece.  It apparently misses some baffling that way and is not too noisy.  Can anyone confirm that it is so?  Some idea of the internal layout of the baffling would be great.

I don't exactly know what you are on about, Katana, but I presume you need to know what's inside the standard TTR silencer.

If you look at this thread:- http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t60426571/standard-silencer/?page=1#comment-60429879

then there's a post by Locky which leads to this thread:- http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t60104713/standard-exhaust-mod/

Any good?

Hi Martyn

Thanks for the threads, I will read them now. From my read on the mentioned thread, it would seem that the hole that is enlarged in your photo, is left as is and a similar sized hole is drilled next to it, missing out some internal baffling.

Looking at this photo http://ttr250.activeboard.com/download.spark?ID=1718975&aBID=139305

instead of three small holes, one big hole at roughly 20mm diameter.
