"Well‑maintained Yamaha TTR250 owned since 2015.
Odometer just under 12,000 miles, supported by MOT history back to 2011 (recorded at 10,474).
MOT valid until April 2027.
These photos were taken immediately after a 30‑mile round trip.
Starts first time and rides as it should.

Seat padding has been lowered to help get both feet down, so please take this into account. Most similar bikes are advertised at £2,000+, priced at £1,750 for a quick sale. I am located near IKEA, Exeter."

In case anyone is looking for one. It's not mine! Just trying to help...

Brian

What's the opinion on the condition of this bike?

Looking for a ttr but feel this needs a fair bit spending on it to bring it back to a nice condition.

Hopefully just a bit of cosmetics. When you turn the bike off, listen to a little bit of a clunk, thats normal, but a bang that makes you go argh, is not good. No clunk is best

Finding a good new tank may be costly.... looks a bit rough in the photos, hopefully better in person.

Hope that helps.

been to have a look this evening and concerned the amount of oil its leaking.

There was no a clunk but a funny noise when shutting engine off more like a tick.

the tick is perfectly normal, way better than a clunk.
