Possible air leak

I have a 2002 TTR250, starts up fine but when I give it throttle and the rpms settle down, it does this weird vibration/rattling like it has an air leak and the rpms kinda go up a little. Anyone experienced this before? Here is a link to a video I took. https://share.icloud.com/photos/03dsY_k6vXv6i-TH3XDZbSp1g Also on WOT, there is a ton of black smoke so I’m sure that is a separate main jet issue right? Thank you

A common source of air leaks is the rubber inlet manifold, the rubber delaminates from the metal. Start there! Also check the exhaust header is sealing correctly to the exhaust port.

I'm waiting for a n inlet stub to be delivered , looks ok but has come away from the metal as above , this is the second one .

I'm riding with it patched up for now, as with the last one i will be putting a couple of cable ties around the new stub as seems to help them hold together longer , they cop a lot of movement from the engine pulses and the occasional fire.

it may look ok but pays to check , the quick way is to spray something like wd40 on it and see if the engine speed changes, the best way is to take it off and check mine fell apart ,
