TTR250 Raid Front Forks

Hello, I'm a new owner of a 1993/94 TTR250 Raid, I've decided to change the front fork oil and noticed on stripping the fork legs down that there is no internal damper rod connected to the fork cap, is this normal ? Been looking for a workshop manual that covers this bike but they seem to be hard to find ?

Welcome to the forum!
There are minor differences between the Open Enduro and Raid models - mostly in suspension and bodywork, but I believe that in principle they are built in the same way. The damper rod is attached to the bottom leg of the fork, not the top cap. There is info on fork servicing here:

Manuals are available in Steve's shop: (Not for Raid specifically, but mostly relevant)

Enjoy lavishing attention on your new purchase!

Google search works better than the forum's own search engine, and usually brings you to a thread on the forum anyway - where we have covered most subjects over the years!
