Hi there,

I am new to this page, I have a 1993 ttr 250 and need to find the main fuel nozzle the original size and a smaller size also. My mechanic told me that the brand of the carburettor I have on my bike is (TK), anyone can help me?

Welcome to the forum Jason!
There is a huge amount of jet and nozzle information in the Carb section of this forum, for example

ttr250.activeboard.com/t49703293/carburettor-main-nozzle-differences/

and

ttr250.activeboard.com/t49951533/carb-jetting-information/

Main jet sizes were different for US and European markets, and if you have after market exhaust, or airbox modifications. I think European/Japanese Open Enduro models had a 147 main jet, and US versions had a 137, if I remember correctly, but there is also information on the Frequently Asked Questions page under Carb Information

www.ttr250.com/

All the information you want is somewhere on this forum, but there is so much info it can be a bit confusing. Enjoy the search!
