Nice, good to see your getting out. I have been out on the road bike a couple of times, been fun.
Been out a few times in the paddock on the TTR. I love the bike, just putting around. That's the beauty of the TTR, you can ride it at any pace and it's happy.
I was thinking the other day, if something ever happened to it, what would be an equivalent replacement???

I have  thought the same but I don't think there is another bike that is a good replacment for the ttr

Looks great. I gather you just go on your own?
I went riding last weekend with a mate in The Wombat State Forest in Victoria. Beautiful scenery and a lot of varied terrain.
We did about 70ks in 4 hrs, a couple of stops (no pics unfortunately)
However, I have to admit to riding my Husqvarna FE350 on this trip.

You are right it gets hot this time of year and scares a lot off. The weekend I just went was 37 degrees by lunch, just in time to pull the pin. I always wear full body armor, with this underneath, with now jersey. https://www.mxstore.com.au/p/Ballards-Comfort-Undershirt/58-CUS-c  Seems to work really well at keeping cool. Also other trick to keep cool whilst riding is going fast and limited stops.

Have fun on the weekend

I wear riding pants and shirt with elbow /knee guards and Ballard's armoured shorts underneath . My old fox armour that's zipped tied together over the top then over that is the back pack with gear / camel  pack and a satellite emergency becon

Got out solo today the other guys pulled out due to the warm day it was 32deg at 7am just nice I recon biggrin

I always wear the same when going for a proper ride, knee guards. I also swear by the armoured shorts. Back pack and camel back 3 litre. You just feel naked and vulnerable without proper riding gear in the scrub. 32 degrees at 7 is a bloody warm start to the day.
