I’ve recently bought a yamaha TTR250 1994 and i’m hoping on turning it into a track bike.
Ive chose the TTR due to the fact they are more reliable then motocross bikes, and still have a decent enough power.
Im thinking of putting plastics from a 1994 Yz250 on it and taking off the headlamp but i was wondering if the plastics will fit?
Also will probably change the fuel tank for a plastic one but it’s hard to find one that’ll fit and is cheap.
And another issue i’m encountering is the jetting on the bike, the bike runs fine but is hard to kick start if it dies and is very warm, not mentioning the bogging when giving it full throttle or when reving it highly it dies? I live in Ireland the summit of my area is around 50m so i was wondering any recommended netting’s?
