Back on the TTR after 20 years

G'day guys, Just recently got my hands on a TTR250 2006, and actually ended up buying another one 2007 as well, 3 weeks later. I had an Open enduro back in 1996 that i bought new. I loved that bike and had so many adventures in my early twenties. Anyway I won't keep raving on, but I do want to congratulate the creators of this site and all the invaluable information contained within including the totally TTR's site/shop, which i have made two separate purchases from. It has been a joy to read all the info, I must say this is the most comprehensive bike site I have come across. It actually has helped me on numerous occasions and will continue to be a valuable resource going forward. I guess it gives confidence and support for TTR owners considering it has been out of production for quite some time.

A couple of pics 2006 with 400ks

2007 with 1000ks

Both are running beautifully

I hoped that worked Brian, a pic of both the new bikes 2006 and 2007, both all original. I think the price of TTR's are a bargain really, about $4000- $4500 down here on average. Some are asking that much for really rough examples, but there are some really good ones like the 2 I picked up.

G'day Kaos, Love your bike by the way, read your whole journey. The 350 sounds awesome. Have you still got it?

I found the bikes online, 1 was from Facebook marketplace, the other was from Bikesales.com. I was the first to contact both, I was checking everyday for a few months to see what would come up. Finally had some luck
