Due to a high demand, it looks like another batch of 350 kits will be getting made smile

I am 50,000kms into mine and I can vouch that it is the best upgrade I have done to the ttr250. It's taken me up to 5000m with luggage on loose dirt and rocks with stock jetting (it worked best for me).

Get in there whilst you can!

I have to agree with dlee22, I'm 12 months into to my 350 kit on my TTR. Best mod ever has totally transformed the bike. Mine starts, idles and runs beautifully with heaps of torque, for wheel lifting powersliding fun. I actually think the motor will last longer its not being worked as hard. Get one if you are serious about your TTR.

Agree with the above, just about 12 months down and a few thousand miles on my 350 and it's transformed it, really great bit of kit.

You will also have to completely strip your engine casings for machining to fit the new barrel, meaning gaskets, any bearings and seals you need to replace, and machining costs. Plus some jetting mods may be required. Email Steve asap if you are seriously interested as the batch size is dependent on orders with deposits received.
