Good morning,

I am in the process of getting my daughters ttr250 back up and running after sitting for 4 years, I pulled the carb and gave it a ultrasonic bath, luckily she ran the bike dry with fuel on her last ride so it wasn't t0o bad, the throttle tube wouldn't move at first, got it to free up after several baths. I figure since I had it out I would verify the correct jetting for 5500-9000 ft. The main jet is a 137 and the pilot jet is 50. Can anyone give me any input of this?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum from British Dan Lee!

Have you tried pulling the snorkel out of the airbox, our ttr250/350 both run better at altitude like that. I wouldn't say that's a long term solution unless it's not too dusty/you are happy with more regular filter cleaning.

I'm always up and down altitudes these days so for me quick fixes are best

Steve you forget I'm from Rough-den haha
