Hi All, first post and being this forum has been a great help in information i am hoping someone can help me out.
I have scored a 2005 TTR that by the looks has not been started for over 10 years, and i have had some interesting challenges getting the bike up and running.
Carb was totally full and blocked with old fuel varnish, fuel tap half eaten away, Piston rings bound in piston causing no compression etc.
Have cleaned out carb with endless hours in the ultra sonic cleaner, however noted that the AP Nozzle shoots to the side of the carb, on my WR450 it shoots at the slide just as its starting to lift.
My question is... what is the correct aim for the jet of fuel coming from the AP nozzle, should it be to the side? or down the centre of the carbi throat?
