Well we finished tenth out of 43, so not too unhappy with that.

A brilliant weekends riding on the Welsh trails only slightly marred by my slow motion highside on wet roads into a Ford Fiesta!!! Scuff on the acerbis guards and a slightly rearranged front end on the Ford. We all walked away. Ho hum!!

Same again next year

Shame to hear about the crash but glad you are okay!

I've only went to the Taffy Dakar the once back in 2017, I'd love to go again as it was a really fun event!

When we were there I think there were about 10-15 ttr250 maybe, I'm sure Steve can remember as we all had a photo together

2017 was my first year, on a DT125RE.

This years was the fourth, always a great weekend, one of the highlights of the year.

Love that photo Steve, I'll try downloading it! I'm hoping to go in 2025 if they are running it but might take my honda ct90 instead.

The one with the horrible red handlebar guards is the one I'm on in South America!
