Up for sale is my TTR project. Sorry for the long ad but there's quite a lot to list.
Firstly everything is powdercoated. The frame, yolks, wheels, engine casings, all associated brackets pegs etc etc. See pics. It was a long time ago so not perfect but obviously never been out.
There's a lot of parts changed while it was apart most of them bought from this site. The engine was built by a forum member and embarrassingly this is how it is now.
So new in no particular order:
Tyres
Front wheel bearing and seal kit
Rear wheel Bearings and seal kit
Swing arm bearings
Swing arm linkage kit
Magnetic sump plug
Spark plug
Head and base gaskets
Silencer (2nd hand but in great condition)
Brake + clutch levers
Fork Gaiters X 2 pairs
Grips
Steering head taper bearings
Exhaust studs
Sprag Clutch
Normal clutch
Carb stripped, new accelerator pump diaphragm + 'o' rings
Camchain
Piston rings
Clutch shaft oil seal
Crank oil feed seal
Seals in casings after powder coating
Oil pump cover
Cylinder head bolt
Valve Seals
Seat recovered
Brake discs and bolts
Sprockets
Chain guide
Rear shock sent away and refurbed.
Decal set
Bolts zinc coated but any standard size ones were rusty and needing to be replaced with stainless.
I have a spare set of forks but the ones that are on will need painting at the bottom if you want them to look new. The brakes will also need a paint and they have new pads to go in front and back.
Lastly is the body kit. Nothing has been done with that so it will need a prep and paint but all there.
It does have a headlight but it's manky so a replacement of ebay will suffice. You can see all the parts I have and any extras in the pics.
Currently the front end is only loosely bolted on.
The engine casing on the LHS does have a repair but that was the previous owner so I don't know what happened.
So there you have it. A lot of work has been carried out it just needs bolting together and a paint and at least you know it'll be rock solid for a million miles with all the expensive important parts renewed.
For all of this I want £2k please. There's a lot of money in the parts alone so I think it's a fair price as it'll be a very cool looking bike.
The bike is near Ormskirk Lancs.
Thanks for reading.
