Hi all, need to replace clutch in a 2001 TTR250 blue frame plastic tank. I live in Sydney Australia. Will do Friction plates, drive plates and springs, ...might as well while cover is off.
Barnett clutch kits have a good reputation.
Shouldn't be an issue getting a genuine kit from a Yamaha dealer. Yamaha Aust seem to be able to supply heaps of parts. I've got a 50 year old bike and rarely have much trouble getting genuine parts.
If you're really uncertain, go genuine.
Point about choosing one is you wont know whether it's better or not than those you didn't choose.
