Right after alot of work my 2004 ttr250 nearly back on the road . I had a road test and she's blue smoking like a two stroke ( Hopefully its valve stem oils seals ?) and the carb needed a rebuild ( Is there an easy way to get the carb off?) but ive found the carb manifold rubbers got a repair , So new one of those brought . Hopefully after those few teething problems are sorted my bike will be a good un.

It only takes about 15 minutes to remove the TTR250 carb - see

Hope that helps.
