Sorry I did not respond to your email on Monday. I have no used ones here (new are no longer available) I couldn't send a shock to France for you if I did have one, as it is a prohibited item for overseas shipping.
You can buy a lowering link in the shop and select your friends adress in France for shipping, but please be aware that customs may slow the delivery and you will probably get charge customs fees and duty. Best wait until you are back in the UK for ordering a lowering link.
