Hi all its me again needing help. Is it nessasary to use a tourque wrench? I have on thats not up for the task nor the fittings i have and i am wondering if i should wait until i have one? Thanks
Depends how confident you are with your calibrated wrist! Just lightly nipped up, with a blob of threadlock should be ok. 10Nm is not very much. A good 1/4 drive torque wrench is handy for bike stuff though - lots of soft ally castings for the threads to pull.
