I’ve just taken my bike apart to do the sprag clutch and i noticed that everting looked ok , except the starter spline looked really bad , so I’ve ordered a new starter motor, so I thought I would look on ttr thred and just noticed that there was no washers ( shins) on idol gear that got to be why sounds so bad !  Will have a look again tomorrow ! i cannot believe the last owner would have forgot to put those in! has anyone ever seen this before,

If they are not there hopefully Steve’s got some in shop! I believe its idol gear 2 I think!
