Renovation new exhaust

Fitted the new stainless exhaust and shorty header from Steve at Totally TTRs this weekend and am really pleased with the new look, it also sounds really good and not too loud.

When I bought the bike the original exhaust had several holes in the tail section and the header was blobbed with melted metal where somebody had attempted to weld on the heat shield which they had ruined in the process, Steve managed to find a used replacement that I cleaned up and painted.

In the picture it's also sporting a new side panel, to replace a split one, and front indicator also from Totally TTRs.

Next job, new bars and grips.

Cheers,

Murray.

Blue guard looks so good I think I'll copy it if you don't mind.

I took the shield back to shiny metal and gave it several coats of matt black exhaust paint and a couple of coats of blue engine enamel sourced from eBay.

There's no patent on it so feel free to do yours smile
