Got out on the TTR

As the title suggests I got out on the TTR today, It was running out of rego tonight so last chance for a while with the warm weather on the way, next week will be from 39c to 43c, anyhow a quick 155km ride around the dirt & gravel roads in the Adelaide hills.

Very dry & the gravel roads are very slippery making for some interesting slides under brakes.

The WR is also out of rego since early July due to my hand injury but with the hot weather I might stick to the two Triumph road bikes, also having an operation on my hand early next year & will be in a plaster for six weeks.

 Left hand, got Viking hand, I blame it on the Thruxton but the doc said its common for males of my age, more so if from Europe!!

I live 2 minutes from the hills roads & seven minutes from the dirt & I don't mind the heat providing I'm not stuck in traffic

Was out on the Scrambler today, was going to go out on the pushbike with the wife when I got back but she had a flat front tyre,all fixed & did a BBQ for tea instead

Its wet and miserable here in SW UK and seems to have been that way for months now with only the occasional dry (but cold) day no

 Was a lovely 30c today but we are going to be in the 40s Tuesday to Friday with 44c Friday but back to 27c Sat, we can ride all year round here in Australia..

Even when it's hot it's good out on the bike, go out early to beat the heat

Got the TTR set up with a B&B rack again, ADV tyres so will use on gravel roads & even some twisty blacktop
