This happened to me Sunday I have a little pond in the garden near 3000 gallons ok yes laugh I keep Koi as a home hobby and have a youtube fish channel to boot. Well Sunday I had finished filming the video for the week and left the camera running as I was feeding the fish for some back ground shots and a Bird of prey came in and had a go at the fish. I think it was a youngster that had never seen water and just came in and hit it just because of the fish moving most are near 3 times its size I was just gob smacked and I got it on video feel free to sub in on the tube if you like fishy things

Awesome!

I remember reading or seeing something about eagles that hunt in the arctic for deer.. they have to fly to an immense height then dive bomb and at the last second open their wings to perform a sort of L shaped attack onto the side of the deer to kill them. If they get it wrong they either fly into the ground, or into the side of the deer, and there is a high likelyhood of death. They only do it when they're very hungry apparently.

Please note that although this is a memory I have some or all of it could be complete bollocks or pub talk so please take with a pinch of salt
