I have just bought a Husqvarna TE610e. 2000 era model. Electric start, proper oil filter, balancer shaft motor. Absolute animal (but nothing like as good as my TTR in the tight stuff). Anyway, it has a measly european spec 9 litre tank but our fortunate cousins in the south had a factory option 17 litre.
If someone could do an internet search to see if there's one for sale, or point me in the direction of which sites are best to search I would be very grateful
Thanks for looking Les. Mine's a '98-2005 model. For Aus it came with a 17 litre tank (basically they made a tank in the same shape as the tank+rad shrouds that the rest of the world got) Those Safari tanks won't fit my model, and a bit large for my taste!
