Yep, that'll cause it! Well found. Zip-tie is fine for a bodge on the trail, but they never last.

steve keeps them in the shop dont buy a cheap chinky chonky off ebay it will do the same in no time

Cheap will last 20 % of original, but I keep both, to give customers the option wink
