ive just rebuilt my 2000 model ttr250 Top to Bottom (new carb intake boot included) I’ve cleaned the carb as upon intial ride after the rebuild there was a flat spot under load which turned out to be a blocked leak jet for the AP pump, now all is running well with the exception of it surging when held at constant revs around 80kmh an hour, I’m feeling like its a lean situation but im unsure of what it could be or where I should begin to look,
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
