When putting my bike back together I found my clamp on the air filter side of the carby wasn't clamping tight enough. 

To keep the original clamp I cut a cable tie (flat end ) so it was a neat fit around the tube  then put the clamp back on over the cut down tie end 

Result was a good tight clamp again
