I recently inherited a 2004 ttr250 from a fellow firefighter who passed away. The bike was given to me without a carb. It is a project bike with intention of eventually making it street legal as a tribute bike to continue my buddies plan. I've looked to buy the teikei y30p but am unable to find one online. If anyone has an alternate carb that will work without modification or that can just point me in the right direction of purchasing one that would be greatly appreciated!

Firstly, welcome to the forum! Sorry you had to find us by a sad event, but I hope we can help you realize the project.
Steve at Totally TTRs has a huge stock of stuff for the 250 TTR, including new carbs:

Occasionally he has used ones too. Drop him an email sales@totallyttrs.com

They don't appear very often on ebay!
