Part number for the rear fender extension side collars?

The rear fender (blue 2010 model) has the black plastic extension (for the number plate) that is held on by three bolts (one at the top, 2 on the side). Does anyone please have a parts number handy for the metal side collars that are the spacers for the plastic? Unless you locktight them on, they fall off in the rough stuff! It's not part of the schematic at https://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/yamaha/2006/ttr250/fender. Many thanks in advance!!

The collar is a common part on quite a few Yam models - part # 90387-06500
